- 0-10 miles $20 with a $300 minimum
- 10-15 miles $35 fee with a $300 minimum
- 16-19 miles $40 fee with a $300 minimum
- 20-28 miles $45 fee with a $500 minimum
- 28-32 miles $80 fee with a $800 minimum
- No fees for take-out + 10% discount
